At the moment I don’t remember who on here told me to try the Empress 1908 gin, but thank you for the recommendation, because it’s setiously excellent.
The colour comes from butterfly pea blossoms, apparently.

Worth trying just for the color. I was so disappointed when I discovered Bombay Sapphire wasn’t blue.
This is my gin of choice at present. A real PITA to get though, because they don’t export:

I got it at the High Point liquor store in Vancouver. I imagine it has better distribution in Victoria, where it’s from, but other than specialty stores here and there, I have no idea where it’s distributed. BCLs might have it actually, but not all of them.
